Galaxy is by far one of our favourite hops! Its intensely aromatic tropical profile is exactly what we look for in an IPA. So, for this newest brew, we've made an IPA that puts Galaxy front and centre while still being well supported by trusty Mosaic. But what's even more exciting is that we've used a completely new product called "Abstrax" which harnesses the natural power of terpenes to blast the Dry-Hop to another galaxy. You can therefore expect a ton of citrus, pineapple, passionfruit and peach, all on a soft, round and creamy body thanks to the oat flakes used in the mash.
